Lupita and Michael B Jordan

Remember last week's Blind Item by Blindgossip.com that predicted 2 Black Panther actors would pretend to be in a romantic relationship? Can you guess who they are?

via Blind Gossip -- The cat’s out of the bag! These two hot young actors are dating!

Well, not really. They are just going to conveniently sneak in this publicity stunt five minutes before their new film premieres!

It’s a good P.R. play for both of them. They are both young, attractive, and they want this movie to be a blockbuster so it can become a franchise. They do like each other as friends, so it’s not much of a stretch for them to play along with this. It’s not like they are going to suck face in public for the cameras. It will be subtle. His real girlfriend will stand down for a little while. No big deal.

  • Dystaney Kimble

    Aaaaaahhh, I see !

  • jeniefrumdabloc™

Still amazed at this movie can't wait for the Blu-ray

  • Pitty Patty

Movie was amazing. Words can't even describe it. I have to go see it again.

  • Gloria

My man is not dating Lupita ? Geesh, can’t two coworkers be really good friends anymore?

  • KcoolMuziq

I think it's a GREAT idea! People are already talking about them.

  • Rayne
  • Enoughsaid2020

This movie shattered all kinds of records! Congratulations!

  • Queen B

Wasnt he just with some middle eastern girl on Christmas

  • NeverSurprised

Doesn't he have a white girlfriend or baby mama?

  • NeverSurprised

I think its silly. This movie doesn't need that kind of contrivance to be successful.

  • Ryan

If a hug means all that I'm gonna be in serious trouble with H.R.

  • Bonsai

    Nope. I don’t believe it.

  • ???TheRider???

Blind Gossip responses had this at Chadwick and Lupita, guess the cat got out of the bag and they had to switch it up!

  • Gloria

    I second that emoion

  • bemetoo

i thought he was ghey...he looks so uncomfortable

  • JustB

People would have and will still show support regardless...

  • bemetoo

i havent seen it yet , but where was all this black power and support when birth of a nation came out? also as people of color can support a black superhero why cant we support each other? if we did there would be more black millionaire business owners

  • http://sandrarose.com SandraRose

He says he still lives with his parents at age 31. So I doubt he's gay.

  • Diva_woman

It’s working for Cardi B and offset right now

  • Diva_woman

Michael b Jordan does not like black women. That’s where the lie started

  • Applebootay

That's a loaded question...Birth of Nation first premiered in Sundance and was eventually overshadowed by Nate Parker's past tainted with a rape allegation and BP depicted Africa as a dream of our wholeness, greatness and self-realization with a 300 million dollar budget. Superheroes are powerful and beloved, held in high esteem by society at large and BP by contrast, is steeped very specifically and
purposefully in its blackness. It’s the first time in a very long time
that we’re seeing a film with centered black people not being slaves (although I truly loved BON and was spiritually moved by it, but in a different way) Instead of overcoming one small town we are actually depicted in our country in our natural state and habitat..as rulers of a kingdom, inventors and creators of advanced technology.
We’re not dealing with black pain, and black suffering, and black
poverty as BON. I so love these discussions....Nat Turner was much like the character Killmonger....
Killmonger's introduction at the British Museum is executed perfectly,
with the anti-villain pointing out the absurdity of a British
institution claiming ownership over items pillaged by their soldiers but
a few hundred years earlier. Mannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn I could go on and on.....

  • Applebootay

None of the shat is true...Michael B Jordan is not with a white woman currently nor does he have any kids..This interview is so enlightning....he does live with his parents which explains why he is such a beautiful person inside and out...

Actor Michael B. Jordan invites Vogue into his home and answers 73 Questions. In this episode, presented by the Google Assistant, Michael talks about his role in Black Panther, working with Sylvester Stallone, and his love of Japanese culture.

  • datjerk

It ended with Nate Parkers rape situation.

  • bemetoo

love it ...thank you for such a great response
. i to can go on and on and on....

  • bemetoo

ummmm let him tell it.... he just said he was broke and homeless a year ago in a recent interview. and you never see him with any women

  • justlooking

    I love these Vouge interviews.????

  • Fire & Ice

Eloquently stated. Nothing needs to be added!

  • Bonsai

Hi ?Bootay! So, what you tryna say... he with a Japanese woman?

  • the guest

Happily married woman here and I was never one to go around objectifying men even when I was single. Preferred to keep my thoughts to myself unless I complimented a man directly.

But I MUST say that Michael B. Jordan's body is otherwordly. My goodness, he is out of this world beautiful. Drops mic (no pun).

  • Dreadboi

What business is it of anyones who the guy dates??? If his real girl is white what difference does it make to any females life?

Black women get props and praise for getting a white dude but black dude gets a white female and gets called sellout, hate they mama etc.

  • the guest

True. But he's one of those brothers that's ashamed for not liking black women. Never understood those brothers that felt the need to pretend they like black women like sisters don't see right through them. Whatever he likes, the brother is beautiful.

  • ShadesofEMPRESS

Why do black men think we care who they date as if they are a prize?

  • the guest

It ended with it coming out that his victim eventually committed suicide.

Rape never stopped the black community from supporting a brother's success.

But when it came out that he terrorized the victim, and the victims phones recordings of his acting like a manipulative POS were released, and victim killed herself, that was a little too much for the black community to overlook even to support a brother.

  • the guest

    Genius.

  • ?Royalty?

"Whatever he likes, the brother is beautiful."

    Right?!?

  • ?Royalty?

    Preach.

  • the guest

    Amen. Lord, he is blessed..

  • ?Royalty?

    ?????

  • Nanny

    Hey Auntie!

  • Shira Harding-James

Sandra you said it was Chadwick not MJ

  • Shira Harding-James

    Me too they are fun!

  • Shira Harding-James

    ? yes

  • Shira Harding-James

It wasn’t supported because it’s director and lead actor is a rapist! And the alleged victim committed suicide so....

  • Shira Harding-James

You are so enlightening...I would love to have coffee with you

  • the guest

I think they have definitely hit. But so what? I mean look at them. Why wouldn't they or how couldn't they? And that doesn't mean they have to go out or get married.

What they have is s-exual tension and a flirty friendship that may every once in a rare blue moon cross a fantastic line and they keep it between them. What they have is a voyeur friendship, meaning everybody around them loves to imagine them fking and they know it and they like putting on a flirty show, They feeling their beautiful black selves.

If so, good for them. It's not everyday a man and a woman get to be young, black, exceptionally beautiful and starring together in the world's greatest movie. Let them have secret celebrations.

  • jazmine

Ok?!? Why should I care not like we gotta chance

  • the guest

SR offline round table discussions and think tanks would be brilliant. But then everyone loses their anonymity.

  • ?Royalty?

    ??

  • Sally Wright McLinn
  • Elle

And it didn't help how obtuse he was when questioned about it during press interviews.

  • bemetoo

How...because of what someone who he was intimate with a# of times cried rape??

  • Diva_woman

Him and Jamie Foxx. He has been cutting up lately. I had a black colleague of mine who’s married to a white woman tell me he wanted to marry a black woman but black girls didn’t like him in college. He’s African but he was saying how much he loved black women. I was uncomfortable bc I would see his wife from time to time. I’m like dude there was no need for the life disclaimer, you married who you wanted to.

  • BlackFeeMale

They do compliment each other very well though ?

  • http://ebonynsweet.com Ebony N’ Sweet

I don't believe they would resort to tricks like that, it's not necessary. This rumor is just click bait.

  • abby500

And Nate’s career was pretty much ended too.

  • abby500

I thought about that scene today. He checked her butt....and then had her poisoned....tee-hee. Let me say this abt Nate and BON, I think the rape situation (of a white girl) AND him currently being married to another white had a fair amount to do with blacks not supporting him...I think. I for one was like....fugg him. Same way I feel abt Van Jones. Sorry....

  • abby500

    ?but who cares??...gnarles Barkley

  • Sally Wright McLinn

As I recall, when 12 Yrs a Slave came out, Lupito was supposedly having an affair with Brad Pitt -- WRONG!

  • the guest

Exactly. They do the disclaimer thing! But worst is when they are married to white women but really do prefer black women and try to make sisters be a side chick. Couldn't marry a black woman but then want to flirt and sleep with black women?

    That is so disrespectful.

But I think the "disclaimer brothers" are generally nicer people than the mean spirited brothers who outright hate black women and use relationships with white women as weapons to slight and hurt the feelings and esteem of sisters.

Michael B. Jordan and Jamie Foxx are disclaimer brothers. They mean well, know better, but can't resist their preference for white women.

  • Anika Kelly

yeah but last week, you posted that it was Chad and Lupita - now it's Michael and Lupita

  • Kim’s Original Face

Such a cute video...his stock just went all the way up on

  • Phillybruh

I took my oldest to see it then we had a discussion about it afterword's.

  • Phillybruh

He was acquitted so in the eyes of the law he is not a rapist. Its not his fault she had mental issues following her false allegations.

  • Phillybruh

I'm confused with terrorize, he wouldn't acknowledge that he raped her, how is that terrorizing her.

  • chrissy w

I love seeing my peoples on screen and whatnot, but can anyone name an actor in that film (other than Angela Basset and Forest W) who are dating/married to another black person? I only daydream about those interested in black women because sunken place.
    Edited for grammar

  • jacee

    I agree

  • Doink_Ahanahue

Why are we any less of a prize than a black woman? Just curious. Plus this "stunt" isn't for him, it's for the movie. To add some "real emotional connection" for potential moviegoers

  • Doink_Ahanahue

Truth! It's like you're penalized for seeing past race or color and just looking for the right match.

  • Shira Harding-James

I didn’t say that he was guilty or not guilty. Im not defending her or him. I’m answering the question on why this movie wasn’t supported...too many things going on outside of the movie.

  • Shira Harding-James

Basically. This is not my personal opinion, just my perception on why it wasn’t supported....I’ve seen the movie based on the story not who was in it.

  • Shira Harding-James

    Right! Lol

  • SweetTEE

Michael DOES NOT date black women. No one would believe it, so why fake it?

  • the guest

I am too grown, married, and sensible to be having a celebrity crush. I am so utterly embarrassed. But this interview!

  • Karen Brady

I knew it was these two but Michael likes women of a lighter complexion, long hair don't care persuasion if you catch my drift. He's another one who's caught up. NEXT.

  • ShadesofEMPRESS

Black women don't treat black men how they treat us. Black men with kids what if I seen them as a washed up dude or men with no education? Black men are odd most time don't have nothing to offer. Most of them cant give me nothing. I'm educated, no children and was raised right. But I don't judge men who are from bum parents or backgrounds. Also let me get straight I like MBJ I was speaking of y'all in general.

  • ShadesofEMPRESS

    Movie was excellent.

  • bemetoo

You care enough to reply..missy pooh "old man otis"

  • Sojourner’s Truth

You can not speak Black and Sleep White.

  • Applebootay

I'm having a thing for him right now....damn shame...

  • Applebootay

Oooooweeee! I didnt know any of the details...but I watched it on cable and it was a damn good movie....I watched it with my pasty face sister in law...too...I was about to rise up on her azz for my brother...but the kids were home.....

  • Applebootay

I'm just old...learned some things...I'm in the Chi, so if you evah here...hit me up...I love meeting new Queens....

  • Applebootay

Yeah, I'm not saying I believe any of it or if that's the reason why BLACK people didn't go see it...what I got mostly was US were just tired of another "Slave" movie...now I'm not one of those people but that's what I hear was the consensus of most black people...Now the whites didn't give him the platform he needed to properly market it because he allegedly raped one of their own...

  • Applebootay

I heard Oprah was mad at him for reacting/answering to the allegations in the media, he didn't take her advice and it back fired...

  • Elle

    Yep, back fired like heck..

  • http://sandrarose.com SandraRose

I didn't say it was anybody. I simply posted a photo illustration.

  • Allihave2say

This is a very interesting comment.

  • Sojourner’s Truth

It was a term used during the. Civil Rights Movement. I remember very well.

  • Sojourner’s Truth

The question is why White Men (Majority) choose their own first and Black men do not? Black Women are most educated Women on the planet. It comes to Colorism.

  • Dreadboi

But we don't know that picking their own first but due to whites vwsley outnumbering black males it would seem like it.

White women are trifling just ws much as black women if not more, mama's boy just like like black boys are but perception due to population would make it seem otherwise.

A white man just as easily will jump to an asian as fast as a black to a white women..

  • Nicol B

Girl white men are snatching us up! Go Prince Harry! Nuck if you Buckingham!!!

  • Nicol B

Chad and Lupita are believable...not Michael.

  • Nicol B

    YAWN!!!!!!!

  • ShadesofEMPRESS

You seem dizzy. Do I know you dizzy????

  • Nicol B

Actually what you said, is 100% true...hate to admit it.

  • ShadesofEMPRESS

Also one of the pick me. Run along

  • Nicol B

    All day Boo!

  • Nicol B

Where are you getting your stats from? I live in Oakland, Cali and that isn't how things are going down over here. You see more white men trolling black women than anything else.

  • ShadesofEMPRESS

Ugly too. It was no reason to respond. Run along dizzy

  • Nicol B

I think these are generalizations. I just believe, live and let live, just don't hurt the babies!

  • Nicol B

Also your lack of grammatical skills would contradict that education you so profess to have. Keep it moving boo before you come for ME and my dizziness!

  • Nicol B

    WALLACE!!!!

  • Nicol B

LMAO! Now we know that ain't true!!! You're not only stupid, but you're blind too! Ask your man!
