Apollo Nida, ex-husband of Phaedra Parks, is a free man. The convicted white collar criminal was released early from prison on Tuesday, May 4, The Blast reports.
The Blast published exclusive photos of Apollo entering a halfway house in Philadelphia and strolling around the neighborhood with his new fiancée Sherien Almufti.
MTO News confirmed Apollo and Sherien will join his ex-wife, Phaedra, in appearances on Real Housewives of Atlanta.
According to MTO News sources, Apollo and Sherien have both signed on to make “multiple” appearances on the upcoming season of the Atlanta Housewives.
One of the show’s producers explained, “Phaedra will be on, and so will Apollo and Sherien. If they bring a lot of drama – like we expect – then they may end up being one of the shows main storylines.”
Apollo, 40, was sentenced to 8 years in prison on charges of identity theft, conspiracy to commit mail, wire and bank fraud in 2014. He will officially complete his sentence in October.
Apollo shares 2 sons, Ayden and Dylan, with Phaedra, 45. The couple married in 2009 but divorced in 2017. He became engaged to Sherien the same year while still incarcerated.
