Beyonce is trying, but she’s no Rihanna

I thing Bey looks great. She doesn’t have to compete with Rihanna in every aspect (mainly just record sales). They aren’t the same age and their for aren’t on the same level. Rihanna isn’t even 21 yet and Bey is pushing 30. She doesn’t have to come off like her, she should aim to transcend her previous abilities and she did that here!

I agree with many of you who said that they arent on the same level. Agewise Beyonce is grown now, how she dressed and pranced around at 16 is not the same as now if you notice. She has grown and allowed herself to change with her age. Rihanna is 20yrs old, Bey is almost 30, how do we compare them so? Doesnt make sense. They have different syles altho i can safely say Rihanna immulates Beyonce allot, why, because it works, society buys into it. Swagger Jacking or not, it is what it is. When Rihanna first came on the scene she did say she was a Beyonce fan, on TRL, so, she copies her allot while still trying to find her own. Beyonce on the other hand has been around since she was 10 years old (girlstyme) before Destiny Child. She has mad experience and awards, there is no comparison. All they have to compete about is records sales, thats it. You can hate all you want Sandra BUT it wont change the fact that SHE is Beyonce and has a huge fan base. She is a married woman now, i see that she has tonned down her look allot, its a part of age and a part of change. Rihanna stluttying it up will dissapear too, give her a few years. Anyway, i like them both, but i see no real comparison, actually, i see none, maybe Rihanna sounding like Bey sometimes, thats it. You give Rihanna waaaaaaaaay too much credit sometime SR….

They are both good at what they do. Beyonce is trying to change more with her music, realizing that she cant keep doing the same thing, she said it herself. Rihanna is coming together, creating a package for herself, a name that will last in the industry they both are in. Its a competitive business, however, Beyonce is not in Rihanna’s league, as Kat Deluna cant be in Rihanna’s league. They are both fabu at what they do. I like beyonce and always have, i am slowly getting into Rihanna altho i still think she will get better with age. And she will age too, years from now, it wont be beyonce that we will be comparing her to, it will a new comer, and even then, there will be argument about the comparison…..I think we should compare her (rihanna) more to Ciara or one of these chicks she came up with. Its like comparing Keisha Cole and Beyonce???? or Keisha cole and Monica, naah….Some people are just in their own league, swagger jacking or not, it works for them and everyone buys into it. I hope they both go far tho, why hate!
