I went out this morning with my neighbors. We voted and everything went smoothly in line for about 30 minutes at 6:30 am. I just have one comment to make when you go vote please put on some clothes. There was a chick there in her silk pj’s and a head scarf.

I voted this morning and was done by 6:30 am. Went smoothly with the small exception of me having to get smart wit a lady still rockin a nasty funked up jheri curl….my mom has MS so she was sitting in a chair so when the line started to move, we had to help my mom out of the chair and this black lady behind us gonna say, “See I ain’t got time for all this, I got to get to work” and she cuts and gets in front of us. I looked at her like no this jheri curl wearin mofo did not get crunk at 6 AM!!
So I looked at her and said “Well, I don’t know why you rushing to get in front of us because we’re going to the same place whether you’re behind us or in front of us, and we’re tryna help my mom get out of this chair so she can walk, so calm down cuz it ain’t that serious!”
And by this time some people including my sis was laughin and ol’ jheri curl jackson didn’t have nothing to say after that. Then I said where was all ya’ll black people at when it was time to vote back in 2004? My sis was crackin up.

I voted it was PACKED iu was in line for about a hour. I took my ten year old daughter with me she is so excited about this election and I just wanted her to be apart of this historical moment. I had a little cute old lady come up to me with tears in her eyes thanking me for letting my daughter witness history. HAPPY OBAMA DAY!!!!!!

voted today, had to go at least 3 times due to the machines braking down. I first went around 7:30am. I don’t understand why NYC still got those 1959 voting slot machines. I had to wait for a tech to come and fix it. I then went back with my 86 year old grandmother who pulled that lever with no problem and my ass struggled with both hands. lol, Manhattan had a machine problem too.
A friend of mine said that she voted at work yesterday, i was like you could do that? i would not have given any ballots to anyone, if she was registered to vote she should of went where she was delegated to go vote. That just sound fishy.
