I wish that he didn’t agree to this interview at all. I know it’s the American way to get ridiculed for your actions, just to be “excepted” again, but he didn’t really answer any of the questions, so that still leaves the view of a woman beater in the eyes of many.

It was a complete waste of time. Why the hell they keep calling it a situation? It was assault! The boy is still in denial..And he don’t want to go into detail out of respect?…boy you through respect out the window when you beat her ass, don’t try to be a gentleman now. He could have just said we had an argument that escalated and the situation got out of control.
“We’re both young. So nobody taught us how to love one another. Nobody taught us a book on how to control our emotions or our anger”.*** Some if not all of that should have been taught in your household.
CB doesn’t want to confirm what we already suspect…she caught your side piece (*whispers mgr) sending sexy msgs to your ass & she slapped the taste out your mouth. Now I don’t condone what rih rih did & I agree she needs counseling for her anger issues, but I understand.
Chris Brown’s management team hates him, that why they set him up like that. This interview (with the help of that bowtie) makes him seem like a sociopath who won’t accept responsibility for his action vs. an apologetic boy who has learned from this experience.

I missed interview but from comments guess I didn’t miss much. Don’t see what the point of the interview was.. I for one don’t care anymore. What people fail to realize is God is bigger than Chris, Rhianna, The Judge, the police and anyone else living on earth. Just as Chris mom stated in a letter people will see how good God works thru Chris. Ignorant people took that staement and ran with it full speed with nikes on. I feel you but how do WE know she only slapped him once. Do we really know that. As i told someone else “believe half of what we see and none of what we hear”. I also heard she took off her shoe and was hitting him in the head and slapping him while he was driving. Im just saying thst Im learning to not be so quick to Judge cause most of the time we don’t know the whole truth.

umm any degree of physical assault is unacceptable… biting is animalistic… but I can see that doesn’t matter much to many people, especially in the black community. So I can see domestic violence/partner violence is yet another poisonous legacy we’re going to pass down to future generations.

I didn’t think the interview was bad at all. I wasn’t expecting him to give a blow by blow of the beat down. Larry messed up the interview by not asking so many questions I wanted answers to. For instance Chris said something to suggest that his career is on serious hold and Larry didn’t even go into that. He said he is in the studio recording ON HIS OWN. To me that sounded like the label has backed away from him. The boy is trying to get his career back and I suspect mama was crying over that as much as anything else. Based on you guys comments I assume the interview is not going to help in that regard.
The boy was raked over the coals and he deserved to be, but like Mike Vick deserved to go to prison. But like Mike, Chris is paying for it. I don’t know if I care about him having the priviledge to be a pampered celeb anymore, but I like him to be able to move on from this and I wouldn’t be mad if he were allowed to resume his career.
The most disturbing thing for me was how inarticulate he was.

What does the black community have to do with this? Why must people alwyas catergorize a whole race because of what another person of that race has done? Im not sure if you’re aware but domestic violence comes in all races. Whites, Blacks, Latino, Asian…all races. And its not that this “assualt” doesn’t matter, cause its very real, but just maybe some don’t want to judge others can only God can do that. Me personally i pray they both seek God which is better than any counseling they can have. They both have problems and are still growing and learning. They will over come this incident and will face other tribulations later in life.
