@ Summers- girl I slid on EVERY corner on my way to 95 this morning! I literally ran every stop sign but not intentiionally. It was a mess. I hope it’s better now and that they salted at least some of the streets. I doubt it thoug they used up all the snow removal budget when we got that 24 inches last month. That’d be cool. There’s a day party tomorrow from like 3p-8p. The last one I went to in the summer was hella fun. Very casual & laid back. Lots of ppl but not pretentious. As far as tomorrow, I just can’t mentally brace myself to get dressed, walk & crunch on ice, drive at a snail’s pace so I don’t slide around, kee-kee and drink with some folks, drink & drive back home on the ice. Just not that serious to me. I don’t work out on Fridays typically. I try to stick to Mon-Thurs. Don’t feel bad, girl. Home is where I prefer to be.

One of my best friend-girl’s is a LEO. She’s crazy but not crazy crazy. She definitely follows the beat of her own drum. Called me today after I didn’t respond the way she wanted me to on her email about this year’s Essence Festival. I’m sure she called with the intent of changing my mind b/c Leo’s DO talk a good game, but I have no desire to ever attend the E.F. again. (I’m a Taurus so I do not do what I don’t want to.) The E.F. I attended wasn’t bad, but…. um, no.

I am a Cancer. As I mentioned before, I have two Leo Daghters and two Leo Sisters. I am not one to shop unless it’s a house, car or groceries. Being a Cancer everyone knows we are home bodies. Once I am at home, I am in, no need to try to get me out the house. Even if it’s a planned even I can easily change my mind if the “sun” is not shining. It’s not my fault.

I went to the old 112 when I visited the A in like ’97…our clubs don’t crack like yall’s. Then I made the worst mistake by coming to the A during the Allstars…it was cool, but ummmmmm WAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too much traffic & EVERYTHING was sooooooooo overpriced! I was visiting my homegurl who was not feelin’ payin’ $200/$300 (ME EITHER) for clubs that normally cost $25!
