What makes narcissists like Barack Obama stand out from other egomaniacs on the planet is that they are so emotionally defective that those who can’t see their shortcomings are simply blinded by their artificial charm.

Narcissists use their charm to cover up for the fact that they have no empathy and no compassion for others. They project a false self to the world in order to hide the fact that they possess none of the endearing qualities that makes them human.

I believe you Kool aid drinkers call it having a “calm, cool exterior.”

The way to call a narcissist out — to make him show some type of emotion — is to attack his fragile ego.

Narcissists both admire and fear intellectuals above all else because these are the people they feel they must measure up to. So if an intellectual — like, for instance director Spike Lee — says something like “it’s time for Obama to go off!” — then Obama feels he must oblige in order to protect that false self that he presents to the world.

So remember that as you watch Obama project blame onto the “talking heads” in the media, and defend himself for being so late to show compassion for people that he really doesn’t care about.
