T.I.’s Wife, Tiny, Pleads Not Guilty to Drug Possession

Rapper T.I.’s wife Tameka “Tiny” Harris, pleaded not guilty to a charge of felony drug possession.

According to Los Angeles County District Attorney’s spokeswoman Jane Robison, Tiny entered the plea through her attorney on Monday.

She was arrested Sept. 1 along with her husband during a traffic stop on Los Angeles’ Sunset Strip.

Tiny, 35, is not required to appear in person in the case, which is scheduled for a pretrial hearing on Jan. 6.

Tiny is hoping to get this legal issue out of the way so she can visit her honey who is doing time in an Arkansas prison for violating his probation.

Federal prison guidelines call for visitors who are currently charged with felonies to get prior approval before visiting inmates.

Sandra you are the only person reporting this charge as a felony, its misdemeanor drug possesion of ecstasy. If convicted she can get a year but no one does cause CA law sends non violent drug cases to rehab… its not a felony in CA. And this was the dumbest thing she could do because now she has to sway a jury when she can’t even talk clearly. She should have pled no contest, went to rehab for 30 days and called it a day

Girl- I read some of the new House Repubs comments on their wins on CNN earlier and decided to offically “zone-out” of this. They are about to cause more trouble than it’s worth and that’s only those who didn’t vote fault. We are too easily disenfranchised and critical if we are not ALWAYS immediately gratified, so everytime that happens- we end up switching stuff up, making it worse than it was before, and never getting anything finished.

I’m still laughing at all those people who’s unemployment benefits that are about to run out next month yet who seriously believe that this new House majority is going to make sure them getting back to work is first priority.

It was the damn Dems who kept pushing to create more jobs to put folks back to work (even if for the short-term) and it was the Dems in the house who kept getting your damn benefits extended.

But oh well…..so MANY will figure out that last night’s “change” will surely bring about a different type of “change” than expected in the next month….and if they didn’t vote, I don’t wanna hear NATHAN!!

Is anyone that is leaving comments on how she should have pleaded a Law School graduate or an Attorney?? I am sure her lawyers know what they are doing. Pleading no contest is like saying your guilty. Always plead not guilty, let them prove you did it. Anyway it wont go to trial it was just a amall amount, and FYI they were pulled over for weed smell coming from the car, and none was found. Soooooo that means the car was illegally searched, they really had no cause. Tiny wont be going to jail, she will just have to pay a fine. 2nd year law student at your service.
