CPS Recommends Monitored Visitation for Gabe Aubry

The Los Angeles County of Department of Children and Family Services is recommending that Halle Berry’s ex-boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry, have another adult present when has custody of his daughter, Nahla, Radar Online reports exclusively.

The decision comes two weeks after Berry’s former nanny filed a police report alleging that Aubry assaulted her while she was holding Nahla.

“Social workers have recommended that Halle maintain primary custody of Nahla,” a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com. “Nahla spends most of her time with her mother. DCFS has also made a new recommendation that Gabriel not be alone with Nahla.

“Case workers are recommending that a nanny be present with Gabriel during his visitation times. Halle’s nanny had been with Nahla when Gabriel had his custodial time from noon until she went to sleep. However, after the alleged incident between the nanny and Gabe, that hasn’t been in place, and he has been alone with Nahla.

“It will be up to the judge to implement the recommendations. Gabriel is fighting having another person with him, he feels that Halle is trying to make his time with their daughter as uncomfortable as possible,” the insider says.

The report also recommends Berry and Aubry attend child parenting classes together.

I have a shoot I’m tryna get booked in late July with a chick who does FANTASTIC boudoir photos. Like “on-location” shoots and sh*t. She’s fab and travels internationally to do it. BUT she books up fast and she’s NOT cheap. You’re looking at about $700-1000 for a decent shoot.

You want her info? She’s mostly in NY but she does schedule shoots at places in the states she travels to often so you may can see when’s the next time she’ll be in FL. I’m willing to drive the 3.5 hours to NY for her though.

Maybe it’s just me but I’m seeing this completely different. Everything that goes on in these hearings will not be made to the public.

He was ALREADY ordered to have supervised visits with the child PRIOR to the incident in question. If they are recommending that it continue then just maybe there is something going on that we don’t know about.

I don’t like to speculate, but the courts have been doing this for years. They are not just going to tell you that your visits have to be supervised unless something has been substantiated and proven.

Thanks Sassy! I saw some videos on you tube and the hair is nice. I went to the site and saw you have to pay a $150 Skype consultation fee and I was a little confused. But the ordering situation is all fugged up. That’s what turned me off. Now when did Cambodian hair become all the rage? Most of the Indian, Brazilian, Cambodian hair all look the same to me.

OK…Now I know that everyone thinks that it’s wrong to keep a child from his father but let me give you my background and why my son ain’t seeing his daddy for right now…

When I found I was pregnant he changed his number once I told him because he was seeing someone else. Once my son was 19 months old this nucca invited me to be “friends” on FB. Of course I immediately was like…”ummm what you gonna do about your child?”

I started meeting him to drop/pickup my son off in SC every other weekend after that (2 hour drive each way). Well it became a bit much to do this and I told him I wanted to do it once a month. Not only did HE cuss me out, but his WIFE texted me and did the same thing. Called me all kinds of shyt.

I STILL let my son go back after that. But the last time I went to pick him up his dad made a comment about me talking shyt “once I had my son”. WTF that supposed to mean? You gonna try and keep him when he comes back?

I hired an attorney the VERY next day. See you in court. Only court ordered visitation and you WILL pay child support for the last 26 months (yeah he ain’t gave me a penny).

A man who tried to ambush his estranged wife at a Carrollwood apartment complex near Tampa Monday morning wound up setting himself on fire, according to a Hillsborough Sheriff’s investigators.

Deputies responded to a report of a disturbance at the Countrywood Apartments at 12401 Orange Grove Drive around 7 a.m.

Sheriff’s spokesman Larry McKinnon said the man, 50 year-old Matthew Wong, whose listed address is in Wesley Chapel, had staked out the area to wait for his wife to show up.

When she did, he attempted to douse her with a flammable liquid, but she was able to get away. A neighbor grabbed 46 year-old Gloria Davis and pulled her into a nearby apartment for her safety.

At that point, Wong was heard to scream out, “I’m gonna kill you,” and proceeded to try and ignite bushes near the building, but wound up setting himself on fire.

“It was like instantly,” said neighbor Amy Jo Akert. “Literally, he was instantly engulfed in flames.”

He was badly burned and was taken to Tampa General Hospital, McKinnon said.

I DEFINITELY AGREE, but since I don’t know every womens tale of abuse, I’mma go with NOT everyone showing signs…just to give some of the women the benefit of the doubt! I’ve always been a fighter (as most of you have been told by me) but when i was emotionally & mentally abused, I didn’t know how to take it because that’s a form of manipulation within itself and most times, you don’t even know you’re being manipulated until it’s too late. OK…Now I know that everyone thinks that it’s wrong to keep a child from his father but let me give you my background and why my son ain’t seeing his daddy for right now…

When I found I was pregnant he changed his number once I told him because he was seeing someone else. Once my son was 19 months old this nucca invited me to be “friends” on FB. Of course I immediately was like…”ummm what you gonna do about your child?”

I started meeting him to drop/pickup my son off in SC every other weekend after that (2 hour drive each way). Well it became a bit much to do this and I told him I wanted to do it once a month. Not only did HE cuss me out, but his WIFE texted me and did the same thing. Called me all kinds of shyt.

I STILL let my son go back after that. But the last time I went to pick him up his dad made a comment about me talking shyt “once I had my son”. WTF that supposed to mean? You gonna try and keep him when he comes back?

I hired an attorney the VERY next day. See you in court. Only court ordered visitation and you WILL pay child support for the last 26 months (yeah he ain’t gave me a penny).

OK…Now I know that everyone thinks that it’s wrong to keep a child from his father but let me give you my background and why my son ain’t seeing his daddy for right now…

When I found I was pregnant he changed his number once I told him because he was seeing someone else. Once my son was 19 months old this nucca invited me to be “friends” on FB. Of course I immediately was like…”ummm what you gonna do about your child?”

I started meeting him to drop/pickup my son off in SC every other weekend after that (2 hour drive each way). Well it became a bit much to do this and I told him I wanted to do it once a month. Not only did HE cuss me out, but his WIFE texted me and did the same thing. Called me all kinds of shyt.

I STILL let my son go back after that. But the last time I went to pick him up his dad made a comment about me talking shyt “once I had my son”. WTF that supposed to mean? You gonna try and keep him when he comes back?

I hired an attorney the VERY next day. See you in court. Only court ordered visitation and you WILL pay child support for the last 26 months (yeah he ain’t gave me a penny).

So your son’s father was absent almost for a two year period and contacted you on fb to friend you and you had to mention your son and when you did – he wanted to see him? Any reason you didn’t get something in writing then since it had been almost two years since he’d seen you last? Did you trust him like that? Obviously so but damn SC 2 hour drive no visitation – Im to paranoid

@Kdub my daughter’s is not allowed to see my child and I have my reason, but if you have a man that trully wants to be their for there daughter I certainly don’t think we should deny a father that. I would agree with most of the posters that their are warning signs, but sometimes when you’re in that situation it is hard to leave. Most of the women of DV are alienated from their families, have no work exp. etc. and if there are kids involved that is a whole nother issue entirely..

@ Choco…He had been missing for almost 2 years. We had visits prior to me letting him keep him overnight including me seeing where/how he lived. But yes…I caught up with him on FB.

I was disillusioned and really wanted my child to know his father. Sometimes we think that situations we are currently in are not the best for us (I thought my son REALLY needed his dad).

My parents are straight gangtas though. When I wasn’t able to take care of myself they did it for me. Nucca was outside in his draws because they were NOT having it. I won’t EVER do it again though. I pay attention to everything now.
