Doting daddy Usher Raymond put aside his legal problems to spend the day with his oldest son Usher Raymond V, aka Cinco, (left) and his son’s unidentified playmate.

Wearing his favorite pair of G-Star Raw denim shorts, a white tank top and slip-on loafers, Usher grinned from ear-to-ear as he pushed the boys in swings.

A family friend tells Sandrarose.com that the boy on the right is related to Usher’s longtime girlfriend Grace Miguel. Usher and his estranged wife, Tameka Foster, are locked in a prolonged child custody battle for their 2 minor sons, Cinco, 5, and Naviyd Ely Raymond, 3. The contentious child custody hearings resume in August in Atlanta.
