Ne-Yo’s good friend Monyetta Shaw tweeted pics of their two adorable children Mason Evan, 10 mos., and Madilyn Grace “Madi” Smith, 20 mos. In 2005, Ne-Yo’s friend gave birth to a boy she named Chimere. Ne-Yo later found out the by wasn’t his. He’s been writing sad songs ever since.
Ne-Yo, real name Shaffer Chimere Smith, 32, will release his 5th studio album titled R.E.D. on Nov. 5.
Monyetta, pictured above with son Mason, owns and operates a high end woman’s clothing boutique in prestigious Paces Ferry Place called Emerlyn and Ester, named after both of their grandmothers.
