R&B Diva Monica Brown’s father, M.C. “Billy” Arnold Jr., was diagnosed with kidney failure on the same day that her daughter Laiyah Shannon Brown was born. Monica shared the sad news with her 1.8 million followers on Twitter.com yesterday. Monica tweeted a touching Instagram photo of her father cradling his granddaughter. In the caption, she wrote: “The same day our daughter was born my father was admitted. Dr’s say Kidney failure. I just stay in prayer because I know God never fails!!!”
