A female daycare worker in Ohio has been arrested for molesting a baby, WOIO reports.

Police found evidence of the child molestation in a video on a laptop belonging to Heather Koon, 25. In the video, Koon is having sex with a baby.

The baby’s father identified the infant when police showed him screen shots taken from the video.

“I still haven’t wrapped my mind around it. It’s every parent’s worst nightmare,” said the baby’s father, who wants to remain anonymous.

The father said the staff at ABC KIDZ Daycare Center reached out to him and asked him not to discuss the incident with anyone, WOIO reports.

He said he is speaking out so other parents can try to figure out if their children were molested by Koon.

“They tried to act like it was a simple assault. A few hours later they called us back again and asked us to keep it discrete,” said the father.

He added a warning: “Any child that’s old enough to talk, they should talk to. Any child that’s not old enough to talk should be taken to a physician,” he said.

Police found the video on Koon’s laptop during a routine check on her boyfriend, James Osborne — a registered sex offender himself.

Osborne is listed on Lorain County’s sex offender website as living at another address, the NY Post reports. Police arrested him after it was determined he didn’t notify his handler of a change in address. During a search of his apartment police found Koon’s laptop.

A police report documents that Koon alone was seen in a video file “engaging in sexual conduct with an unknown infant”.

Police reached out to ABC KIDZ parents in an effort to identify the infant in the video.

“They showed us still photos,” said the father.

Police charged Koon with two counts of rape after police identified a second victim.

Osborne and Koon are being held in the Lorain County Jail without bond.
