Oxygen Network premiered its much-anticipated gospel reality TV show Preacher’s of LA last night. Preachers of LA follows the lives of six men of the cloth: Bishop Noel Jones, Bishop Clarence McClendon, Pastor Wayne Chaney, Bishop Ron Gibson, Pastor Jay Haizlip and Pastor/Gospel singer Deitrick Haddon.

Minutes into the premiere, it became apparent that Haddon was the star of the show.

CocoaFab’s Cherise Nicole caught up with Minister Deitrick Haddon and his lovely wife at a premiere party in Los Angeles. Haddon says you can be saved and still have swag.

The show was a mess.com. We don’t need to see our preachers in this light. Back in January, Detrick indicated his wife cheated on HIM with Issac Caree.

Deitrick’s story is his first wife (Demita) cheated on him with Deitrick’s close friend (Issac Carree). Deitrick filed for divorcee and moved from Detriot to LA. He gave Demita the church in Detriot. This is when he meet his current wife in LA. He was the only one on the show who was real. He wasn’t showie like some of the others. Detrick also does not take a salary or any money from his church. He makes his living with his music, movies and production company.
