Singer Usher Raymond attended Justin Bieber’s Believe movie premiere in Los Angeles on Thursday. According to fashion blog Upscalehype.com, the 35-year old entertainer wore a black Alexandre Plokhov Overlap collar shirt ($363 $265), a pair of Rick Owens brushed leather Island Dunk sneakers, and a Ben Vereen bowler hat.
