Socialite and former singer Casandra “Cassie” Ventura debuted her new short hairstyle on her social media accounts. The change comes years after Cassie shaved one side of her head — sparking a new trend that was copied by her fans and celebrities alike. According to celebrity blog, The Life Files, Cassie is the new face of Young & Restless fashion brand for their new ad campaign.

@jenie – I cute my shoulder-lenght hair to a pixie in the Fall and am loving it! but I have to keep getting it trimmed every 4 weeks..it grows too fast! I have a great stylist who cuts my hair like it should be cut so I never look like my hair NEEDs a trim.

Now it’s another girl here who’s hair is uber cute….when asked what type of hair it was boo boo said, “It’s wet and wavy weave that I washed, blowed dry, cut it off the track, then glued it to a cap that was on a wig head, then took the spiral wand and curled it all over and now I have it on with pins. I was thinking it’s cute but I know they got to have some hair that’s already like that
