Conservatives are outraged over the $12,000 couture frock worn by First Lady Michelle Obama to a State Dinner at the White House with President Obama and distinguished guest French President Francois Hollande on Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2014.
It amazes me that Mrs. Obama doesn’t have better judgment when it comes to selecting her fashions. Why wear a $12,000 dinner dress when she knows it costs more than the U.S. poverty level? Did she honestly believe that dress was appropriate considering the economic situation?
