A woman named Tina Seals has reportedly filed a maternity lawsuit in Manhattan in which she claims to be the mother of Blue Ivy Carter, Jay Z and Beyonce’s only child.
The rumored legal document alleges that Seals is seeking “to verify whether she is the biological mother” of the toddler and that she was “previously associated” in some way with defendants “Beyonce Knowles and Jay Z Carter.”
It’s nearly unheard of for a woman to file a maternity lawsuit because this somehow means Seals believes SHE gave birth to Blue Ivy instead of Beyonce… which is just an odd thing for the latter to have covered up and/or the former to have allowed.
Could she have had an affair with Jay Z, given the child up for adoption to the couple and is now having second thoughts?
It’s unclear, and it could be complete BS – but this scandal comes amidst incessant chatter that Jay Z and Beyonce are on the outs.

After doing a bit of research I’ve determined the answer to that question in unequivocally “no.” In addition to filing a maternity suit for Blue Ivy, Tina Seals has previously filed similar suits against Kim Kardashian and Kanye West in regards to North West, Mariah Carey, Janet Jackson in regards to Michael Jackson’s children Prince, Paris and Blanket, and even the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge!
In her suit alleging maternity of North West, in the space allotted for describing the monetary compensation desired, Tina wrote, “stipulation + Negotiable money judgment OR Record Deal for my 22 year old son w/ Kanye West.”
That case was tossed out on August 8 by Judge Loretta A. Preska in a ruling that states the Kardashian suit “is one of the more than a dozen cases that Plaintiff has filed in this Court in the past month.”
Another of those more than a dozen cases was against Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon. And as far as compensation, this time around Tina asked for:

I didnt get a touch up during my first pregnancy 12 years ago and thats when I realized I was perming my hair waaaaay too often. my hair was the same way at 9months as it was at 1 month. 3 maybe 4 times a year is more than enough for ME but everybody has to make their own decisions based on their own prefernces. we also have to ask ourselves why we make the decisions that we do.

My cousin (who’s like our sister) and my two sisters are still relaxed. To be HONEST…I dont even remma WHY I went natural to START with. If I am not mistaken, the whole thing came about b/c I was PIST one weekend cause my stylist stood me up. I had a Friday afternoon appointment. She aint show and I had a wedding to go to EARLY on Sat. I had to end up going to the JCP salon and spent about $90 US American DOLLARS.

Some people don’t know they “black” until they are put in certain situations. I will never forget the first time President Obama was elected. A girl in my class said she didn’t realize her own friends were racist until she read some comments on Facebook during the night of the election. She explained she went to a highschool with predominantly white people and grew up in a predominantly white community. I kind of felt bad listening to her tell the story

once upon a time…
everybody/nobody:let’s write a story together but only with our own friends that we have been storytelling with all along..we can’t let no one else tell stories with us tho
others:hey..we like stories too…we read books all the time. can we read your stories too?
everybody/nobody: no because you might say something bad about our book or one of our characters in our books and then we have to beat you up because no matter what our story writing friends are the only ones that are right in any situation.
others: what does that even mean? we just saying we like books too and would be interested in seeing what kind of stories you tell too. we have a library card if that makes a difference. we don’t want to steal it or nothing.
