The Jay Z-Beyonce divorce rumors just got a whole lot juicier.

A woman named Tina Seals has reportedly filed a maternity lawsuit in Manhattan in which she claims to be the mother of Blue Ivy Carter, Jay Z and Beyonce’s only child.

The rumored legal document alleges that Seals is seeking “to verify whether she is the biological mother” of the toddler and that she was “previously associated” in some way with defendants “Beyonce Knowles and Jay Z Carter.”

It’s nearly unheard of for a woman to file a maternity lawsuit because this somehow means Seals believes SHE gave birth to Blue Ivy instead of Beyonce… which is just an odd thing for the latter to have covered up and/or the former to have allowed.

Could she have had an affair with Jay Z, given the child up for adoption to the couple and is now having second thoughts?

It’s unclear, and it could be complete BS – but this scandal comes amidst incessant chatter that Jay Z and Beyonce are on the outs.

They’ve been touring together for weeks, but many close to the stars say the singers scarcely talk off stage and that “no one will be surprised” when they split.

Jay Z, meanwhile, has been rumored to have stepped out on Beyonce with everyone from Rihanna to some artist named Liv… and now with Tina Seals as well. Or perhaps she acted as a surrogate.

For what it’s worth, talk did spring up on October 2011 that Beyonce was wearing a prosthetic belly and faking her pregnancy (notice the alleged fold in this photo?), an allegation the artist’s rep labeled as “ridiculous.”

Knowles responded to the negative talk about her marriage last weekend by posing on Instagram in a Carter jersey, making it clear which team she supposedly remains on.

After doing a bit of research I’ve determined the answer to that question in unequivocally “no.” In addition to filing a maternity suit for Blue Ivy, Tina Seals has previously filed similar suits against Kim Kardashian and Kanye West in regards to North West, Mariah Carey, Janet Jackson in regards to Michael Jackson’s children Prince, Paris and Blanket, and even the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge!

In her suit alleging maternity of North West, in the space allotted for describing the monetary compensation desired, Tina wrote, “stipulation + Negotiable money judgment OR Record Deal for my 22 year old son w/ Kanye West.”

That case was tossed out on August 8 by Judge Loretta A. Preska in a ruling that states the Kardashian suit “is one of the more than a dozen cases that Plaintiff has filed in this Court in the past month.”

Another of those more than a dozen cases was against Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon. And as far as compensation, this time around Tina asked for:

I didnt get a touch up during my first pregnancy 12 years ago and thats when I realized I was perming my hair waaaaay too often. my hair was the same way at 9months as it was at 1 month. 3 maybe 4 times a year is more than enough for ME but everybody has to make their own decisions based on their own prefernces. we also have to ask ourselves why we make the decisions that we do.

Cause everyone has their reasons on WHY/Why not. Ladies in my family were talking about it 2 weeks ago. Me, mom, niece, Dub19 are natural. My cousin (who’s like our sister) and my two sisters are still relaxed. To be HONEST…I dont even remma WHY I went natural to START with. If I am not mistaken, the whole thing came about b/c I was PIST one weekend cause my stylist stood me up. I had a Friday afternoon appointment. She aint show and I had a wedding to go to EARLY on Sat. I had to end up going to the JCP salon and spent about $90 US American DOLLARS.
