Miss Colombia was crowned Miss Universe at the Doral Resort in Miami Sunday night, but Miss Jamaica was the clear winner in the hearts of social media users.
Paulina Vega beat out beauties from all over the world at Donald Trump’s vanity pageant in Miami. But Twitter.com was in an uproar when crowd favorite Miss Jamaica, Kaci Fennell, was named the 4th runner up to Miss Colombia.
“Miss Jamaica was robbed,” tweeted one user. Other Twitter users weren’t as diplomatic as they expressed their outrage.
The light skin vs dark skin debate was put aside momentarily as both sides united to express their disapproval.
