Kim this is what you have to look forward to… I read excerpts from Melissa Rivers book where she said her mom had 498 surgeries – that’s phucked up to hate yourself so much you go under the knife that many times… If you ask me all these people getting all this plastic surgery have self esteem issues – people are comfortable with themselves don’t have to prove chit to nobody…

That logic may be okay for us “regular” folks and OUR 9-5’s. But in Hollywood where Joan was..and where anybody over the age of 25 is considered “too old”…it made perfect since for Joan (and others like her) to chase the fountain of youth.
Producers, directors, casting agents…don’t give a rat’s booty about somebody “growing old gracefully.”
Besides..the FIRST thing people/fans say is “So and so sure is looking old.”
So they’re damned if they DO try to grow old gracefully “Joan is looking kinda elderly in that pic.”
And damned if they try to suspend time and look younger “Joan is addicted to plastic surgery.”
