    I saw that online. Then when I saw what city and a longer clip on the news :no: Chile I am not surprised. This could happen in ATL and I would not be shocked.     I saw this and really wasn't surprised. I have overheard educators say worse than this. I worked at DOE and would listen to old teachers talk about our kids saying how dirty they looked, buckwheat hair styles, ghetto was used so much it wasn't funny. and THESE PEOPLE is as common as hello..so :no: not surprised :shrug:
