Rachel Dolezal dominated the world headlines yesterday after her Caucasian parents revealed she impersonated a black woman for nearly a decade.
Dolezal, 37, responded to the overwhelmingly negative backlash in a new interview on Friday, saying; “I don’t give two sh*ts what you guys think. I do consider myself to be black.”
Dolezal’s deception and lies earned her the coveted position as head of the NAACP chapter in Spokane, Washington. She also taught Africana studies at Eastern Washington University.
One of her students took to Twitter yesterday to bash Dolezal, saying the Caucasian woman hated black females but showed favoritism to black male students.
Twitter user cay&jay wrote: “She used to make me feel like I wasn’t black enough to be in her presence… She disliked most of her black female students but loved the n*ggas.”
This is a common thread that runs through delusional beliefs.
Transsexuals/transgenders have a deep seething hostility for biological women because they weren’t born female, and transracial women like Dolezal harbor bitter resentment toward black women because she wasn’t born black.
CNN contributor Marc Lamont Hill was quick to diagnose Dolezal with a mental illness during a segment on Anderson Cooper’s 360 on Friday.
“I think there are some mental health issues here, and so I don’t want to make this completely an issue of her character,” said Hill, who noted that white people helped create the NAACP.
He added: “It is another thing to say, as a Caucasian person, I’m black, and I’m in the NAACP. Why not just say well I do, I, I was born white, but this is my, these are my beliefs?”.
The hypocritical media steered clear of noting the obvious similarities between Dolezal’s Transracialism and Bruce Jenner’s transsexualism.
Jenner paints his nails and wears corsets, and he believes those feminine stereotypes makes him a woman. While Dolezal lives the lie that wearing afrocentric wigs makes her black. How can we say one is mentally ill but the other is authentic?
Pretending to be a black woman is a mental illness, but a man pretending to be a woman is celebrated and given reality TV shows and magazine covers.
If anyone dares to suggest Jenner is mentally ill they are dismissed as being homophobic. The media’s double standard is outrageous and sexist.
