The father had went to court in March to get custody because she had a mental break.. She jumped out a moving cab. The judge determined that she was stable. 11 days before this they went to court and got shared custody with her having him during the week and him having him on the weekend. The father sat with her at the funeral holding her hand. He said he don’t believe that she intentionally meant to harm the baby but he think she had a mental break. SN they were homeless living in a hotel. She had been recently diagnosed with depression and bipolar.
