Feds Raid Male Escort Service That @BarackObama’s Twitter Account Had Followed

Federal investigators raided the Manhattan offices of male escort service Rentboy.com.

Seven people were arrested during the raid, including CEO Jeffrey Hurant.

The official reason for the bust is the company was promoting male prostitution.

Why, then, was President Obama following Rentboy.com on Twitter?

The NY Daily News and the Boston Globe reports that President Barack Obama’s official Twitter account was following Rentboy.com‘s Twitter account.

The NY Daily News described Obama’s embarrassing connection to Rentboy.com.

The @barackobama account occasionally sends out tweets from the President himself, signed “b.o.,” and is following more than 600,000 others. By Tuesday afternoon, hours after the Daily News reported the online connection, the @barackobama account unfollowed Rentboy.com.

Rentboy.com provides young, hot, mostly gay-for-pay male escorts to men who can afford the exorbitant fees.

Observers are questioning the timing of the raid. Rentboy.com‘s CEO operated his company openly and advertised its services for 15 years.

Many of Rentboy.com’s customers are reported to be corporate executives, Wall Street bankers, and federal and law enforcement — many of whom are married.

The raid went down on Tuesday, just days after a hacker group revealed the names of 37 million cheating spouses registered on Ashleymadison.com. 11 paid members worked in the White House, and another 15,000 members registered on Ashleymadison.com with their government emails.

The feds raided Rentboy.com in an obvious attempt to prevent major embarrassment to corporate bankers, law enforcement, government employees, and at least one bisexual world leader.

Whether Obama was a client of Rentboy.com, we will never know, since the feds will most likely destroy all the evidence. That’s how your government works.

My point is that there were plenty of people with more money than Magic, who still died from AIDS. For all we know, Magic is a carrier, which means he may have HIV, but he may never actually develop AIDS. Money and access isn’t a guarantee that disease won’t kill you or leave with a debilitating illness.

However, let’s not forget that being HIV + is not the same thing as having AIDS. Being diagnosed with HIV means you have the virus that causes AIDS.

Money can buy you access, but access to the best treatments in the world isn’t a guarantee that your life will be spared.

Ryan White, who was befriended by Michael Jackson, died from AIDS in 1990 – one year before Magic’s announcement.

I’m sure Michael used his money and influence to try and save Ryan, but it didn’t work.

Actor Howard Rollins, from the tv series, In The Heat of the Night, died from AIDS in 1996, five years after Magic’s announcement.

In 2015, even with all the medical breakthroughs in AIDS research and the availability of medications via government and privately funded programs, people are still dying from AIDS, because our immune systems are not the same and patients respond differently to the treatments.

Like I said earlier, Magic admitted to being HIV +, which isn’t the same as having AIDS. He May have never developed AIDS or…. maybe it was a false positive.

There are many scenarios that can explain Magic’s seemingly good health… money and access to good healthcare aren’t the only explanations.

I fully addressed Whitty’s question. Ten years ago, it was 2005. The medical landscape has changed dramatically since Magic made his announcement in 1991.

Comparing HIV/AIDS treatments from 1991 to the treatments available within the last ten years, isn’t a fair comparison.

Instead, we’d have to look at the treatments that were available in 1991, patients who were diagnosed with HIV at that time and their access to quality healthcare.

I understand what you’re saying. You believe Magic used his money to get access to meds that weren’t available to the common patient. That might be true, but Magic wasn’t the only wealthy patient in 1991, who was looking for a cure.

My point is that some patients took those expensive, experimental drugs and still died.

In the 90s, France was way ahead of the US government in AIDS research. I knew patients who went there to become part of test groups. I knew patients who used their wealth to fund their frantic search for a cure… and they still died.

I do not believe Magic is still here because of his money. I believe he never developed AIDS or he received a false positive test result.
