One day after reuniting (publicly) with her estranged husband, French actor Olivier Martinez, actress Halle Berry was spotted taking her two children — Nahla Aubry, 8, and Maceo Martinez, 2, out for lunch in West Hollywood.

Rumors have been swirling that Helle and Olivier, both 49, are living separate lives — and that Olivier is seeing another woman in France. But none of that seemed to matter to the happy couple on Saturday. They were seen canoodling at an outdoor cafe where they grabbed coffee and croissants. Olivier paid for their breakfast and they returned to Halle’s Beverly Hills manse. When Olivier is in France doing his thing, Halle plays the perfect single mom to her children.

She does always look so unhappy. I’m sure she’s disgusted that she has to pay her ex all that money and possibly this relationship Is not working and she scared of the same thing or scared of losing custody like that white actress, can’t remember het name. My husband waited almost a year. The first time was only 30 mins. We started with me meeting them at the movies and then dinner. Probably 3-4 months after I would come over for movie night and Wii. I didn’t spend the night until we were engaged the exception was the first family trip that was a year 1/2 after we started dating and we didn’t sleep in same bed. We didn’t move in together until our wedding night.

Phillips is suspected of killing 37-year-old Damion Soward at Kern Valley State Prison in April. Officials determined Soward was strangled.

The Kern County district attorney’s office says the 40-year-old Phillips faces a first-degree murder charge.

Phillips was once one of the nation’s top college football players at Nebraska. He played for the St. Louis Rams, Miami Dolphins and San Francisco 49ers during a three-year NFL career.

Phillips is serving a sentence of more than 31 years. He was convicted of choking his girlfriend and later of driving his car into three teens after a pickup football game.
