Wendy Williams lost 50-pounds in three years, and you can too!
The daytime talk show queen revealed her secret to losing weight in a segment of the Wendy Williams After Show on Monday.
Wendy said her secret to losing weight is working out at the gym and watching her calorie intake.
Wendy cautioned her viewers to take it slow with any diet and exercise regimen.
“Slow and steady is the name of the game,” she said. “It’s not going to happen overnight.”
She added: “I don’t believe in crash diets, fad diets. I don’t want my heart to race and pop out of my chest.”
The 51-year-old mother of one revealed she had liposuction and a tummy tuck during her impatient youth in 1994.
“I’m thinner now than I’ve ever been,” she said.
The following are Wendy’s tips for losing weight.
1. Cut meat from your diet
2. Push back from the table; eat less
3. Eliminate extra sauces, sugar, dairy, cheese, eggs
4. Try juicing your vegetables
5. Don’t eat after dark
6. Eat kale chips instead of potato chips
6. Don’t drink soda
7. Increase water intake
8. Replace pasta with wheat pasta

I’ve never tried kale chips. A chef tweeted me a recipe for Brussels Sprouts chips once. You slice the sprouts real thin, sprinkle seasoning on them, drizzle oil (she said EVOO, but I use vegetable oil), heat at 350, 375° until crisp, cool and eat. Super simple. I never tried the recipe, but I considered making the chips recently.

It’s good with helping you count the calories…. say if you eat out …. at Chifila and may not know how many calories are in the soup or their salad …. put the name of the soup in their system … 9 time out 10 it will already be there …. and it keeps track of your calories a day …. based on what you limit yourself with …. it also keeps track of your exercising …. which sometimes boost your calorie intake for the day …. It helps you reach certain goals with your weight …. Most can loose weight by limiting themselves to 2000 calories a day …. that’s with a gradual weightloss

Technically when you burn a certain amount of calories … You are supposed to add to your calorie intake…. It’s unhealthy to burn calories and not add to calorie intake…. So the scientists say lol and yes you will still loose…. Unfortunately I had a hard time calculating that though so I used myfitnesspal. It does work though! This is why if I planned to eat certain things I would make sure to walk 90 mins (power walk) if the calories for that meal was like 900 or so

Protein with every meal for me…… nothing white! And I mean NOTHING. A gallon of water daily….. NO sugar. NONE. I am happy to report a 26 lb weight loss in almost three months (84 days). I didn’t do grains, though.

I tried giving up meat once, it didn’t work out for me. Had me looking like a straight crack head. And i love pasta, bread & haagen dazs butter pecan icecream. I don’t drink any soda, but i do need to work on my water intake.
I read another unrealiable post that said she lost this weight in three weeks! I was surprised and disappointed because that would be really dangerous! She did it the right way…,, small waist but her breast seem to throw the loss off. One size down would make the weight loss stand out more…. However kudos to her!

her boobs are just as big as her head and mouth. I don’t need someone to tell me what I already know and what folks with sense should know I lost 40 pounds in 4 months and have kept it off. its not rocket science, you have to exercise that is key you have to burn calories via sweating. a treadmill or walking at least one hour a day.
