FBI press conference

President Obama is not going to like this.

The FBI has taken over the investigation into the mass shooting in San Bernardino, CA.

Moments ago, an FBI official said during a press conference, “We are now investigating these horrific acts as acts of terrorism.”

Syed Farook, 28, and his wife Tashfeen Malik, 27, killed 14 people and wounded 21 at the Inland Regional Center on Wednesday. Hours later, they were killed during a wild rolling shootout with police.

President Obama, who memorized the Koran as a boy, previously called the mass shooting in San Bernardino “workplace violence.”

Most of the victims were attending a holiday lunch for employees of the San Bernardino Mental Health Department.

Farook was an employee of the San Bernardino County health department.

During the press conference, the FBI official addressed reporters questions about CNN ransacking through the terrorists apartment after the FBI boarded up the apartment and turned it over to the landlord.

Angry social media users dragged CNN’s reporters for rummaging through a baby crib, searching through piles of clothing and the personal affects of the terrorists.

“Last night .. we turned [the apartment] over back to the residents,” said the FBI official during a press conference. “Once the residents have the apartment, and we’re not in it anymore, we don’t control it.”

CNN showed video footage of official documents left in the apartment, including a driver’s license that belonged to Farook’s mother, Rafia Farook.

A Twitter user joked that, “this same woman just applied for 358,973 credit cards.”

Shortly after CNn was allowed into the apartment by the landlord, police took the landlord aside and told him the apartment was still off limits to reporters. CNN reporters were kicked out and the apartment was once again boarded up.
