Unless there’s been a court judgment – or out of court settlement – for libel or defamation, I dont see how she thinks she has the right to shut somebody down via “cease and desist”. She’s a public figure, so everyone has the right to speak about her or use her image for a news article etc.

Freedom of Speech and Freedom of the Press are still rights all that Americans have. You cant shut off someone’s constitutional rights just because you don’t like them “talking bad” about you.
