LOL. This has been about 5 years in the making. When Lil Butter was born, I was a full-time student and worked part-time. I got tired of not getting off until 9-10 at night and having to work on weekends, so I saved up and quit my job to get him on a routine. We always started our bedtime routine around the same time since he was born (as much as I could). Bath, brush teeth, potty, read a book, potty again, say prayers, and lights out. I’ve never enforced bedtime on the weekends, and I think the latest he ever stayed up was almost 11. My boo will fall asleep at the table if we’re out late eating dinner.

He and I dated from the end of 2013 to mid 2014. Kinda long distance ( He stay in Columbus GA almost 2hr away.) He was sweet but a sex a holic. He was greedy and because I knew him I started to suspect when he couldn’t get none from me he had a side smash. We broke up. But it was reaaally good dack. He recently been checking for me. But I don’t trust him with my heart again so.. we are just friends. Last night was the first time we got together since the break up… it was good.. Shat! I need a moment to think about a couple of these. I will take the time and have answers for them by interview time. I have been stumped by them before.

In my role as a project coordinator for the building of Sprint cellular towers in Scranton, PA, I had to relay the status of each site in a weekly status meeting. I was able to answer all inquiries fully due to my impeccable notes and my status tracker/dashboard. Missed deadlines were highlighted, timely follow-up was conducted and results were documented in an organized fashion.

In the event that I have had to rely information via email, which is often, a response deadline was always given. If responses were not received by the deadline a follow-up phone call was made. As a very last resort, the manager would be copied on the 2nd email. If all else failed I would bring it to the attention of my manager. That is an extremely rare occurrence. The only time that I recall that being necessary was in the case of requesting feedback for 360 assessments which were vital to the professional development of management staff.

In my role as a project coordinator on the print re-optimization project the guidelines were pretty cut and dried as to whether or not a change needed to be made in the print state, but of course there were always exceptions. For example, based on usage a floor might require only one color printer. But on at least two occasions that I can recall, there was a handicapped or elderly person on the floor that needed the printer close by. In those cases I had to rethink the printer layout or even make the determination that the floor would have to keep more printers than needed to accommodate a special needs employee.

While supporting a very high ranking executive, I encountered an assistant who was very possessive of conference space based on the fact that she had been on the floor longer than my executive and I. 2 or 3 times she booted my conference room reservations to give the space to her team members. I accidentally discovered that she was booting my visitors for lower ranking team members whose positions didn't entitle them to office space. On the final occurrence I informed the assistant that I would not give up the room for her as it was reserved for a high ranking executive. Her response was to remove the reservation book from the room and implement a process where I would need to go to her to book the room. My manager was the highest ranking executive on the floor and I informed her that her new process was inconvenient and unacceptable for me. She still refused to put the reservation book back in it's normal place. I informed her that I would have to reach out to her manager to no avail. In the end I had to inform her manager of the issue and he had to tell her to back down.

Isn't that a terribly petty situation? But it's the most difficult situation that I have deal with in the workplace believe it or not. And she was black too. And I liked her.
