Embattled singer Chris Brown and his baby mama are back in family court again. Brown, 26, denies his weed smoking caused his baby daughter Royalty‘s asthma.
According to gossip tabloid TMZ, Brown’s baby mama, Nia Guzman filed a petition in Texas family court claiming their 1-year-old daughter suffers from asthma as a result of Brown’s smoking.
She said when Royalty returns home from court ordered visits with her dad, her clothes reeks of weed smoke.
But Brown strenuously denied the allegations in a post on Instagram.com.
“Absolutely untrue. I quit cigarettes on New Years,” he wrote.
Brown added: “NO ONE smokes around my daughter.”
But in court documents obtained by TMZ, Guzman claims Brown relapsed on drugs — particularly purple drank, aka sizzurp, a potent cocktail of cough syrup and Codeine mixed with Jolly Rancher candy and soda, served in styrofoam cups.
Guzman, who lost her custody battle to Brown last year, asked the judge to order random drug tests, force Brown to hire a full-time nanny, and limit the time Brown spends with his daughter.
But the real reason Guzman filed the petition was to increase her monthly child support payments from $2,500 to $16,000.
