Monica Brown finally responded to allegations that her husband of 5 years, former NBA star Shannon Brown cheated on her with a groupie. Instagram blog Industry On Blast first broke the news by posting screenshots of Instagram direct messages supposedly sent by Shannon to an unidentified groupie.
The groupie also sent screenshots of DMs to blogger Love B Scott, who asked her for more hard evidence such as a photo he might have sent her. But the groupie remained vague, saying Shannon didn’t send her any photos of himself. She claimed they didn’t exchange text messages either.
In fact, the only evidence she has are those direct messages which could easily be Photoshopped.
Monica seemed to confirm the allegations in a message on Instagram.com on Thursday.
“Center of My Joy ?? In life tests are sure to come & because of my faith & belief that God is in control I don’t run to talk about my problems because I’m too busy thanking [Him] for the good he’s doing in my life…,” the mother-of-three wrote in a caption under a photo of her eldest son, Rocko, on Instagram.com.
“She added: “I’m not fake I just refuse to give the devil Glory that only God should have!! My babies got me smiling!! @chefbaul thank you for fixing dinner for my family …. Much love.”
A family source told Sandrarose.com exclusively that Monica is confident her man didn’t cheat on her. But he did also added that Shannon hasn’t been seen around Monica lately.
