How long did you feel that you needed to leave this place? The last time I felt that I needed to leave a job and didn’t. God made it so unbearable and tiring that I had no choice but to leave. He has something for you and needed you to be available for it. Omg! I just went through a hellish year and a month at my job, I’ve had to file 3 EEOs and the harrassment continued even with that! I’ve gone through a great deal of emotional stress and turmoil, yesterday was my last day, I put in for a transfer and will be starting my new job Saturday! Unfortunately I’ll have to commute an hour and a half one way each day but I am hoping to get peace of mind now.
