Weeeeellll here in Texas the non English speaking Mexicans here go to school and their entire curriculum and the school system is geared around them and their inability to speak English. Their children are all in classes with one another, with Spanish speaking teachers, on their own halls. Our school system has assimilate to THEM not them assimilating to our culture. The thing that bothers me is the tax dollars WE ALL PAY is used to better educate them and not to EQUALLY educate ALL THE CHILDREN. It’s not fair they are taught a second language for free in our educational system, yet, our children have to either wait until Jr. high for an opportunity to learn a second language for free in our school system. I don’t blame them though – I would “take America fast” too if I were in their shoes
