3 Virginia men were critically wounded in a drive-by shooting that was captured on Facebook Live.
The men were sitting in a car listening to rap music and smoking weed about 6 p.m. on Tuesday in the Norfolk suburb of Berkley.
One of the men, identified as T.J. Williams, recorded himself rapping and smoking weed in the passenger seat.
About 5 minutes into the recording, a volley of gunshots can be heard. The cellphone is dropped but it continued recording for another 2 hours.
Family members are heard comforting the men until paramedics arrived.
“Stay calm, stay calm. Stay relaxed. Keep your eyes open. Keep listening to my voice,” said a male voice comforting the victims.
“Three of them got shot. They can’t last long,” said the male to a 911 dispatch.
“Paramedics coming. Keep breathing nephew,” said the male as sirens are heard in the background.
One victim was shot 5 times, while another victim received three gunshot wounds.
A medic is heard telling a victim: “Sorry about this. Your buddy is more shot up than you are. He’s going second, alright? You’re going to be third, okay? A third ambulance is coming.”
The shooting occurred in the 900 block of Bainbridge Boulevard.
The final video was posted on Facebook.com around 9 p.m. Tuesday.
The victims, who are in their 20s, are listed in critical condition.
