A law firm representing reality TV star Joseline Hernandez sent this Cease & Desist email to Sandrarose.com today.

The C&D contains vague threats of legal action if we do not “remove all libelous content immediately”.

The “libelous content” seems to refer to Hernandez’s name and age.

I have no idea which post this email is referring to. As far as Joseline’s name and age, isn’t that information already public knowledge?

Clearly this email was sent to Sandrarose.com by mistake? Maybe they think I’m an Instagram blogger who doesn’t know her rights?

At least we know Joseline and her peepa read the blog.
