Young Thug

Last week, rapper Young Thug insulted 2 female airport employees for causing him to miss a flight. The story goes that Thugga was rushing to a concert date when he was delayed at the airport by 2 Alaskan Airlines employees. The delay caused Thugga to cancel the concert.

The annoying rapper saw an opportunity for more attention, so he posted a video insulting the women. “THIS IS Y I RIDE SIGNATURE JETS. THEY TRYIN TO MAKE ME MISS MY SHOW!” he captioned the video.

Thug insulted the women, calling them “peasants” and “bums”. He told the women they looked like Africans who “got deported”. He even offered them $15,000 to quit their jobs, but the women politely declined.

The public backlash on social media was so brutal that Thug sought the help of his mother as proof that he did receive some home training.

His mother dressed him in a wrinkled cardigan (to make him look halfway human) and suggested he humble himself by apologizing to the 2 employees.

Thugga captioned the image: “When your mama make u go to the airport and apologize sorry love ones….”

His followers were accepting of the new him. Instagram user @nakhilliard wrote: “resperct [sic] this. Mama knows best! Not too many humble celebrities out here! Thats right! Keep that money on flow mode. You Never know if an endorsement deal is waiting for ya!.”

I won’t hold my breath waiting for my apology.
