Keiana Herndon

The father of an Arkansas woman is criticizing his daughter’s friends who watched her collapse and die in front of her 2-year-old son on Facebook Live.

Keiana Herndon, a single mother-of-two, was singing to friends on the Facebook streaming service from a home in rural El Dorado, when she suddenly collapsed off camera.

Herndon could be heard struggling to breathe in the background while her toddler screamed. Apparently none of her friends called 911.

“It’s amazing for someone to sit there and see somebody or hear them take their last breath, and nobody did anything,” Herndon’s father Richard told KARK.

Richard Herndon, pictured above, told the station he could not watch the video which is now deleted from Facebook.com.

“As soon as she fell and she didn’t grab the phone back, they should have done something,” her half-sister Keishun Brown told the NY Daily News.

Brown said Keiana had a thyroid condition and she had collapsed in the past, but she never told friends about her disorder.

KATV reports that “thousands” of people eventually joined Keiana’s handful of friends who were watching the clip, which ended 30 minutes later, when the homeowner returned and turned the video off.
