F1 race car driver Lewis Hamilton was spotted out and about in Milan, Italy during Milan Fashion Week. Hamilton wore a Dolce & Gabbana musical patch leather bomber jacket from the Jazz, Swing, Blues Spring Summer 2017 Runway show. The jacket is sold out.

Lewis accessorized his outfit with a pair of D&G B&W patent leather loafers, retail $695.
