1. A complimentary word used to describe a F2T (female-to-trans) individual whose masculine appearance is convincing.

The 1st trailer for the independent documentary titled Other Boys NYC, dropped yesterday. Other Boys NYC follows female-to-trans New Yorkers who take hormones to develop male characteristics.

Update: Loyal reader Waddie G, a gay male who also appears in the documentary, wrote in to say his is among the masculine faces in the documentary trailer.

Could you please send a retraction to The Other Boys article you posted? I am one of the 50 men who will be featured in the great storytelling webseries. Unlike your reporting, I am 100% male - biologically, naturally, etc. and was glad to share my story of growing up as a Black gay male in America.

The webseries producers did an exceptional job by putting this work together by allowing marginalized people share their stories without the sensationalism by non-interested media outlets.

    Designers should be versatile, unless I'm missing something. Being a 20+ year Versace customer, I think Tisci will be a breath of fresh air. I'd like to see how he will style traditional Versace patterns (since they reuse them), but I'd also like to see how his designs will look in black (suits, dresses and bags) with gold or silver Medusa details.

    The Versace move hasn't been confirmed -- yet. We'll see.

    I think it's a mental illness. A transgender is basically telling people that there is a voice/spirit in their head telling them they should not be the biological version they were born as. Their entire basis resides in a "feeling" without ANY scientific backing.

    The feeling alone doesn't create the mental illness, it's the mutilation one is willing to endure to get rid of that feeling, which is why transgender needs to be separated from transsexuals. To put it simply, why are transexuals changing their Anatomy to fulfill a feeling when they say the anatomy had nothing to do with it the first place?

    Regardless of your visible genital anatomy you'll always have your internal reproduction systems so whatever was an issue before will still be able issue afterward. And to be clear, all of this is OK until you start requesting additional rights and infringe on others existing rights.
