The Chi creator Lena Waithe introduced The Chi's first male-to-female trans character in season 3.

In an appearance on The Late Late Show with James Corden, Waithe, 36, announced the new character named Imani (played by Jasmine Davis).

"It's definitely the gayest season ever," Waithe said of season 3, which premiered Monday on Showtime. "We kick off with two black women marrying each other in holy matrimony."

"I'm so excited that we finally get to introduce our first trans character this season," she added. "Her name is Jasmine, she's a Chicago native, she's fantastic."

Waithe said the show won't bring any attention to the fact that Davis was born a male. Davis plays 'Chi' actor Luke James' live-in love interest on season 3.

"We make sure to not point a finger or shed too much light on her being trans," she said. "She's an amazing woman, she's an interesting character, and I'm excited that we finally get to do that this season."

Watch the video below to see why Davis is Unclockable (except for the voice and the chiseled jawline).

Waithe also announced there will be no police officers in season 3 in light of the killing of George Floyd in Minnesota and other Black people.

Even before all of this happened, when I pitched Season 3 to the network and studio I said, 'I don't want any cops this season. Why do police have to be in the black community narrative at all?'" Waithe said.

"My amazing showrunner, Justin Hillian, basically said, 'Well, you know how to make cops go away? Make a black girl disappear.' So that's what we did," she added. "We focus on how the community comes together, leans on each other, and doesn't necessarily need police to be in their community."

This post is a throwback from 2009. I found this email while searching my archives for another email I received (with receipts) years ago.

The email was from a concerned reader who wanted you to know that a well-known Atlanta rapper who allegedly tested HIV-positive, was allegedly engaging in raw sex with unsuspecting women.

She knows all about him and his HIV status because she was one of his victims (allegedly).

Your auntie chose not to post the email at the time for legal reasons and the HIPAA Act. But I've thought about this rapper over the years, and how many women he may have infected with the virus.

Anyway, while searching my archives for that email, I found an email initially sent in 2009. I declined to post it because, who would have believed the incredibly macho actor Malik Yoba was into male-to-female transgenders?

I redacted the names of other celebrities who dip their toes into the man pond - even though they are with women now and all three have children.

One is an A-list actor, one is a C-list rapper (who thinks he's A-list), and the third is an A-list comedian.

The last sentence in the email was on point. The HIV rate has soared over the last decade, thanks in part to down-low celebrities who infected unsuspecting Black women.

SUMMARY

Because some of you scan my posts and miss the important points: the following email is NOT about the HIV-positive Atlanta rapper.

The email is published as it was received in 2009.

Hey Sandra,
SO I got some teas on Nadia [name redacted]'s ex jump off haha so apparently she is dating or messing around with actor Malik Yoba (NY Undercover) and I hear his people are extra tight about this getting out so much so they have gone through great lengths to try and cover all this up but get this I hear Nadia is very upfront with all the guys about herself because she is not trying to get killed. So all these guys shes been with know about her peen that means [name redacted], [name redacted], [name redacted] all knew. SMH I'm just not surprised anymore lmao I also attached some new pics of Nadia she is giving these boys FEVAHH and turning that mac counter owottt at the same time I am not mad! lol.

p.s. I never would have guessed people would have such a sick obsession to these trannies maybe this is why the aids/hiv rate is so high.

Bobby Lytes has completed his transition from male-to-female, according to friends. The 29-year-old Miami native toyed with transitioning for years, but decided to take the plunge while quarantining during the coronavirus pandemic.

A source tells Sandrarose.com that Bobby's transition is now complete and he, I mean she is very nervous that his fans may not embrace him as a woman.

The reality TV personality is best known for his hit single "Make Some Money" (2014) and his role as a cast member on VH1's Love & Hip-Hop: Miami.
