Jhene Aiko's big sis Mila J surprised her fans by releasing her independent debut album titled Dopamine on Friday, April 7.
"It really broke down how our brain reacts to music, what's released when we hear a song, and why we like certain music," she said.
"Dopamine is that chemical that's released when things just feel good. It is that favorite song and that favorite band. And, I just feel very very happy and free."
It's good to see young people like Mila taking an interest in brain chemistry, particularly Dopamine which is responsible for a full range of human emotions from pleasure to pain.
Once you harness the power of Dopamine, no one can break your heart again.
