Phaedra Parks is finally a single mother — three years after she filed for divorce from her jailbird husband, Apollo Nida.

According to US Weekly, the former Real Housewives of Atlanta stars reached a custody agreement regarding their two sons, Ayden, 7, and Dylan, 4. The details of the agreement are confidential.

Nida contested the divorce from behind bars after Parks, who is a lawyer, pulled a few legal shenanigans, including misspelling his name on court documents. He also accused Phaedra of hiding assets from him.

Nida challenged Parks’s right to sell their marital home in Atlanta. She listed the home for sale in 2014, after Nida pleaded guilty to a $2.3 million bank fraud and identity theft scam.

While behind bars, Apollo got engaged to Sherien Almufti, who appeared briefly on Real Housewives of Atlanta. The divorce means Nida and Almufti can marry behind bars.

In late 2016, Phaedra purchased a $1.9 million mansion in the affluent Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta. She is still living in her and Apollo’s marital home while the Buckhead mansion is under renovation.
