Donald Trump Jr’s wife, Vanessa Trump, has filed for divorce, the NY Daily News confirms. Vanessa Trump and Trump Jr., who is the eldest son of President Donald Trump, were reportedly working on saving their marriage, according to the NY Post’s Page Six which broke the story on Wednesday.
According to the Daily News, the divorce was filed in Manhattan’s Supreme Court on Thursday. The reasons were unclear and the divorce was listed as “uncontested,” indicating the split was amicable.
Vanessa and Trump Jr. have 5 children together.
The 40-year-old avid hunter is frequently away from home on business or off on an African safari to hunt big game. He and is younger brother, Eric Trump, 34, run their father’s business empire.
A separate source close to the couple insisted the rumors of a divorce were premature.
