Actress Brigitte Nielsen is expecting a baby at age 54. The Danish actress revealed her pregnancy in a post on Instagram.com on Wednesday.
She captioned the image: “family getting larger [heart emoji].” The actress is best known for her roles in 1980s films including Sylvester Stallone’s “Rocky IV” and “Cobra”.
She has been married 5 times, and has five sons ranging in age from 23 to 34.
Despite the danger of high-risk pregnancy, Brigitte is an inspiration to older women who are considering becoming first-time moms after 50.
