Former NFL player Nolan Carroll drops jewels of wisdom and inspiration on his Instagram.com account.
Carroll, 31, was drafted by the Miami Dolphins in the 5th round of the 2010 NFL draft. He is currently a free agent.
Carroll is the Dolphin player who was tripped on the sideline by NY Jets coach Sal Alosi, who was later suspended.
The 6-foot-1 cornerback dotes on his 3-year-old Nolan III. He cooks barbecue chicken and collects football cards in his leisure time.
