Rapper XXXTentacion was living the American dream as a homeowner when he was gunned down while sitting in his BMW i8 in Deerfield Beach, Florida on Monday.
The 20-year-old rapper paid $1.4 million for a 5,957 sq. ft. 4 bedroom, 5 bath house in Parkland, Florida, about 15 minutes from where he died.
The mansion sits on 1.6 lush park-like acres and boasts a 1,000 sq. ft. master bedroom that overlooks a sparkling pool with an outdoor summer kitchen.
The rapper, whose real name is Jahseh Onfroy, bought the home in Nov. 2017. He renovated the home before moving in recently. Neighbors tell TMZ the rapper was “quiet, but friendly.” They say he hired a contractor to build a security fence around the house.
