Usher Raymond finally found a buyer for his 10,823 sq. ft. mansion he shared with ex-wife Tameka Foster. Usher unloaded the house for a cool $1.5 million, The Blast reports.
The seven bedroom, 10 bath house with separate guest house was sold on July 2 after Usher listed the manse several times without success.
The home is located in the Country Club of the South in Alpharetta, an affluent suburb northwest of Atlanta.
The 39-year-old R&B crooner was forced to flee this house after a stalker was arrested twice for knocking on his front door, claiming she was Usher’s wife.
The home boasts a gourmet kitchen, home hair salon, yoga studio, resort-style master bath with sauna, a guest house with a recording studio converted into a private dance studio, and even a climate controlled treehouse for Usher’s 2 sons.
via The Blast — Usher originally bought the property in 1998 for $1.2 million from [music producer and LaFace Records owner] L.A. Reid. He tried to offload it in 2008 for $1.95 million, but took it off the market two months later.
The singer then listed the home last year for $2.488 million but slashed it down multiple times in the hopes of finding a buyer. He eventually found someone this month, when he sold off the pad for $1.5 million on July 2.
