Delicia Cordon, the woman who was brutally attacked in an Alpharetta, Georgia home was scheduled to appear at an eviction hearing on Tuesday.

LeSean McCoy’s Atlanta-based attorney told Channel 2 Action News reporter Mike Petchenik that the Buffalo Bills star running back tried unsuccessfully to evict Cordon from his home.

Cordon was set to appear in court for an eviction hearing on Tuesday — the same day she was assaulted by a lone intruder and locked in a bathroom inside the room. Another adult female was also assaulted in the home. Both women were treated and released from North Fulton Hospital.

McCoy was in Miami at the time of the home invasion, according to his attorney.

Court papers state Cordon refused McCoy’s requests to leave the home on Hickory Pass in an upscale suburb north of Atlanta. Cordon’s personal items were removed from the home and the electricity was cut off, but Cordon refused to leave.

The court document states Cordon is “an ex-girlfriend” of the home owner.

On Tuesday morning, Milton police responded to a 911 call from the home that referenced a female was “assaulted, hit in the head and locked in the bathroom.”

Milton police told Theblast.com:

On July 10, 2018 at approximately 3:18 A.M., Milton Police responded to a home invasion at a residence on Hickory Pass near the Cherokee County line. The preliminary investigation indicates that this residence was specifically targeted by the suspect or suspects, and not a random incident.

When officers arrived they found one victim who had been physically assaulted by a lone intruder. During the altercation, the suspect demanded specific items from the victim. An adult female victim was treated and released at North Fulton Regional Hospital. A second adult female victim also sustained a minor injury during the incident.

A woman named Mia posted a bloody image of Cordon on her Instagram page, accusing McCoy, 29, of assaulting Cordon.

The woman wrote:

“I can’t believe you did this to my best friend!!!!! YOUR KARMA IS GOING TO BE SO REAL!!!!!! The world needs to know what type of animal you really are!!!!!!! This was just her yesterday on the left and now this morning this is her on the right!!!!”

The Buffalo Bills star took to social media to deny the allegations, writing:

“For the record, the totally baseless and offensive claims made against me today on social media are completely false. Further more, I have not had any direct contact with any of the people involved in months.”

Police are “already working on the case”, and the Bills are reportedly investigating the allegations.
