Stormy Daniels has friends in high places. All charges have been dropped against the porn star who was arrested for fondling undercover police officers during her strip routine at a Ohio gentlemen’s club late Wednesday.
Daniels, 39, was arrested following her performance at Sirens in Columbus.
According to a police report obtained by 10TV, Daniels, who began her strip tease performance at 11:30 p.m., began fondling female patrons and using her breasts to slap the patrons’ faces.
Soon she turned her attention to a group of people near the stage, who turned out to be undercover cops.
Daniels allegedly held a female officer’s face between her breasts. She did the same to a male officer. And she fondled the breasts and buttocks of a 3rd female officer.
A report obtained by 10TV states a fourth officer left the club to call for backup to make an arrest.
In addition to Daniels, two other strippers were arrested. All three were charged with “Illegally Operating Sexually Oriented Business – Employee Knowingly Touching Any Patron.”
It is illegal to touch patrons or allow patrons to touch nude or partially nude dancers in Ohio.
10TV‘s Angela An spoke with Daniels’ irate attorney, Michael Avenatti, by phone Thursday morning.
“I have reason to believe it was politically motivated,” Avenatti said. “There’s no question these officers were undercover at that strip club. They knew my client would be performing there and I find this to be a complete waste of resources.”
Daniels was booked to perform at Sirens on both Wednesday and Thursday nights. She is currently on a paid strip club tour to support her daughter and househusband financially.
Daniels gained notoriety earlier this year when she claimed she had a sexual romp with Donald Trump 16 years ago — while he was married to current wife Melania Trump.
Trump has vigorously denied the allegations, but a secret cash payment of $130,000 to silence Daniels before the 2016 presidential election lent credibility to her story.
Daniels was released Thursday morning on a $6,000 bond, but all charges have since been dropped. She is now a free woman.
